Jon Holato is a technology consultant, software developer, all-around geek, DJ, blogger, humanitarian, Catholic, Polska, and most of all, fiancé to Carina – Wedding Date June 26, 2010 in Roma, Italia.

By day he is a solution architect, software developer, and generalized technical analyst in the Software-as-a-Service space, specifically focusing his efforts on the Force.com platform. By night he is still doing most of his day job (the joys of performing global implementations), but when he does catch some free time that he doesn’t spend with his fiancée he does a lot of development on the side.

He started out with HTML and CSS back in 2000, and up until recently has been primarily focused on web development with experience in the following languages/techniques: XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, Scriptaculous, PHP, MySQL, and a dabble in Python and Ruby on Rails. He also setup and maintains a series of WordPress blogs for former co-workers turned friends that he keeps in contact with. Lately he’s acquired a fixation to the iPhone and Mac OS X platform and has started to try his hand at development with Objective-C and Cocoa.

Jon’s passions are new technology, traveling, his family and friends, learning Polish, trying to makie the world a better place, and the love of his life his soulmate Carina…
