Porn star Barbie Cummings was found with illegal painkillers at a traffic stop on May 7 by Tennessee State Trooper James Randy Moss. When Moss began to explain the punishment to Cummings — inability to leave the state — she began to weep. Moss asked why she was crying and Cummings told him that as a porn star under contract she is obligated to travel to Los Angeles once a month for filming. Moss became curious and the two began to browse Web sites where she was featured on the laptop in his cruiser. Upon seeing the footage of her, Moss threw out the pills along the roadside and led Cummings into the brush along the interstate. You can use your imagination to figure out what happened next…
Nobody had to know, they thought. Cummings, however, decided to post about the incident on her blog in great detail. What’s more, the trooper took photographs and video of the incident and emailed it to Cummings, which she promptly posted to her blog as well.
As it stands, the veteran trooper is under suspension and Cummings is awaiting her court date in June, because even though the sexual favor got her off for the illegal pills, she still got a $180 speeding ticket! Talk about world’s dumbest criminals…
